In analysis process, we gather the organizational behaviour, understand required knowledge and vision our client.
We also gather and identify the company’s activities, future plans, working environment, foundation and systems for make our selection process effective.
During profile mapping process, we research on relevant people for relevant profile. During profile mapping process, we gather required profile relevant details which include job title, responsibilities, principal, location, company terms and condition and other required details from our clients and generate attractive and effective job profile for candidates.
After profile mapping process, we research on relevant people for relevant profile and generate preferred list of qualified candidates relevant to client requirement.
Profile screening process provides preferred list of qualified candidates relevant to client requirement. After gathering list candidates, we select the suitable and right candidates on basis of their professional profile summary, experience and qualification.
Short listing process provides suitable and highly qualified candidates for required job profile. At profile evaluation stage, we identify references to verify the work experience of short listed candidates.
At termination stage, list of short listed candidates provide to the clients with our recommendation.
After profile evaluation, we schedule a personal interview between client and short listed candidates.
At this stage, we take follow up both client and candidates after interview. Also we keep in touch with both clients and candidates at the end of selection process.
After the successful candidate joining for a specific job, we keep a conversation with both the candidate and the client.
