Experience Required: 2 – 3 Years
- Identifying the new bidding portals, where the bids can be placed.
- Creating profiles, uploading the portfolio, clearing exams & interviews as and where required.
- Dividing the platforms within the team members and monitoring the completion of daily bidding targets.
- Coordinate with the bidding team as well as project managers regarding leads generated.
- Help team members in closing the deals including timeline, budgeting, etc.
- Strategising the targets based on the services we provide as well as technologies.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Negotiating with prospects to secure the deals at good price.
- Writing Cover letters as well as making proposals for the prospects.
- Organize and manage the leads in CRM.
- Excellent communication, presentation & networking skills..
- Good Knowledge of various platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, Guru, PPH etc.
- Understanding of the technology as well as services we provide is must.
- Good organisational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritise as necessary.
- Ability to generate revenue by optimizing the channel and teamwork.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
